Moon Knight is Finally Back in New Marvel Project

NetEase Games has just unveiled the latest addition to the character roster of their upcoming game, Marvel Rivals.

Moon Knight, the enigmatic vigilante wrapped in the mysteries of ancient Egypt, is set to make his debut in this highly anticipated third-person shooter.

In the game, Moon Knight emerges as the powerful avatar of the Egyptian moon god, Khonshu.

Gifted with supernatural abilities by Khonshu himself, Moon Knight battles not only the criminals that stalk the city’s streets but also the voices within his own mind.

His skills allow him to summon a portal linking him directly to the cosmos, through which he can call upon the arms of Khonshu to subdue his adversaries.

The developers at NetEase Games have taken a fresh approach to Moon Knight’s appearance, integrating elements of Egyptian Faience material into his costume.

This not only honors his mythological roots but also adds a touch of the mystical. His suit, which departs from the traditional comic book aesthetics, includes technological enhancements and armor-like features that align with the overall game design.

These modifications are designed to complement his aggressive fighting style and integrate smoothly with the dynamic combat of Marvel Rivals.

The music for Marvel Rivals will feature the talents of Shota Nakama and Masahiro Aoki. Nakama, known for his work on Final Fantasy XV and Made in Abyss, takes the lead as music producer and arranger.

Aoki, who has previously composed for Street Fighter V and Bayonetta 3, will lend his musical genius as the composer for the game.

Slated for release on December 6, Marvel Rivals will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
