Last year’s hit, ‘Bloody Summer Camp’, is set to slash its way back onto screens with the sequel ‘Bloody Summer Camp 2: Red Horizon’.

Slasher 15 Productions has teamed up once again with director Dave Kerr to deliver another chilling chapter in this cult horror series.

The official trailer dropped this morning courtesy of Bloody Disgusting, and it’s a thrilling throwback to summer camp nightmares.

Set in 1994, the film sees familiar faces returning to the eerie campgrounds. Joe Bob Briggs, Diana Prince, and Felissa Rose reprise their roles in a plot that revolves around a reopened camp under a new name by characters Teddy (Briggs) and Vince (Nathan Baesel).

As the camp’s first successful season draws to a close, counselors start mysteriously disappearing, hinting at the possible return of the notorious camp killer, Devilface.

Ms. Crowell (Rose), convinced of the killer’s return, enlists the help of the only believer, a disgraced former sheriff, Roman Wilmore (Dave Sheridan).

Dave Kerr expressed his excitement about continuing the saga, noting the strong fan support that spurred the sequel. “We explored various creative avenues, including a shift out of the camp setting and a step back to the ’80s. However, anchoring the sequel in the ’90s ultimately felt right. Bringing back seasoned actors and integrating iconic figures like Joe Bob, who I’ve long wanted to work with, enriches this sequel significantly,” Kerr shared with Bloody Disgusting.

The film also stars Nathan Baesel, known for his role in ‘Behind the Mask’. Currently in post-production, ‘Bloody Summer Camp 2: Red Horizon’ is slated for release in late 2025.
