Gina Carano, previously let go by Disney, has expressed her desire to return to the ‘Star Wars’ universe. Despite her controversial departure, Carano mentioned during a discussion at FAN EXPO Philadelphia that she holds no grudges against Disney and would be glad to reprise her role.

Carano became well-known playing Cara Dune on ‘The Mandalorian,’ starting from its first season. She quickly became a fan favorite and was slated to lead a new series, ‘Rangers of the Republic.’

However, her journey took a downturn after she made several contentious statements online, including denying election results and making insensitive comparisons about political affiliations and historical events. These actions led to her exit from Disney and Lucasfilm.
