Jared Padalecki’s One Big Condition to Join ‘The Boys’
Jared Padalecki, known for his role as Sam Winchester in ‘Supernatural’, is a major actor who hasnโt yet appeared in ‘The Boys’, despite fan hopes. However, Jared has expressed interest in joining the show under one particular condition. Both series have Eric Kripke as a common creative force. Kripke not only created ‘Supernatural’ but also serves as the showrunner for ‘The Boys’.
‘The Boys’ and ‘Supernatural’ share more than just Kripke; several actors from ‘Supernatural’ have roles in ‘The Boys’. Among these are Jim Beaver, Jensen Ackles, Adrian Holmes, Christian Keyes, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Nathan Mitchell. Ackles and Morgan are particularly notable for their crossover roles.
As for Padalecki, heโs definitely interested in making an appearance, but he has a specific request. At 41, balancing his role as a father of three with professional commitments, Jared is mindful of his physical readiness.
He humorously mentioned his condition: ‘And my response to him 90% of the time is, “Dude, Iโm 41 now with three kids. Iโm not 25 and working out three hours a day. I know youโre going to fucking make me get naked, so give me a heads-up. Iโm in, but let me get a nutritionist and a trainer and get in the hyperbaric chamber for eight months before you make me show up.” But yeah, it would be a lot of fun to see Kripke again and to work on that show, which is a great show that Iโm a fan of.’
We’re looking forward to seeing if Kripke will give Jared the heads-up he needs. It would certainly be exciting to see him bring a new dimension to the already dynamic show. Stay tuned, as this development could bring a beloved ‘Supernatural’ star into another fan-favorite universe.
