Filming for the new Superman movie is underway in Cleveland, Ohio, and it’s stirring up plenty of excitement. We’re catching glimpses of the Man of Steel, played by David Corenswet, performing daring stunts. Notably, he’s seen rescuing a civilian mid-fall. The suit he’s wearing looks worn and dirty, hinting at a later, intense scene in the film when Metropolis faces danger.

On set, there’s buzz about a special appearance by Will Reeve, son of the original Superman, Christopher Reeve. He’s stepping in front of the camera as a TV news reporter. After shooting, director James Gunn was seen sharing a warm moment with Reeve. His involvement is bound to touch our hearts, reminding us of his father’s legacy.

In a thrilling reveal, Superman and Lois Lane, played by Rachel Brosnahan, soar across the skies in a stunt video. Their chemistry is palpable as they exchange loving looks mid-flight. It leaves us wondering about Lois’s awareness of Superman’s true identity.

Adding to the excitement, we’ve spotted Easter eggs like Stagg Enterprises on location, linking to the DC character Metamorpho, who Anthony Carrigan will portray. This sneak peek hints at more intertwined DC Universe stories.

The ensemble cast is star-studded, with names like Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor. Other notable actors include Nathan Fillion, Edi Gathegi, and Gabriela de Faría, each bringing their unique characters to life from the comic pages.

As filming continues, we’re keen to see more behind-the-scenes footage, especially of iconic scenes being brought to life. The anticipation for the movie’s release on July 11, 2025, is building, and it’s clear this Superman tale aims to blend heritage with fresh twists. We can’t wait to see how this blend of old and new will play out on the big screen.
