New Teaser Trailers, Poster, and a Synopsis for ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Revealed

A new ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ trailer has been released to celebrate tickets for the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie going on sale. This trailer focuses on the characters’ hilarious chemistry and bloody fights, promising many surprises when the film debuts on July 26.

Marvel Studios released the teaser on Twitter, featuring Deadpool and Wolverine in various fights to mark the occasion. Along with the trailer, a new poster shows Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds’ characters trading blows. The dynamic between Deadpool and Wolverine is action-packed and messy, just as we expected.

The movie’s multiversal plot has fans excited, with previous trailers breaking MCU records. Deadpool is on a mission given to him by the TVA, and while he recruits Wolverine, Jackman’s character doesn’t seem fully on board. This leads to inevitable friction and many bloody battles.

The new teaser shows Deadpool and Wolverine fighting in different locations, including a wasteland in the Void and inside a car in a forest. At the end of the trailer, Deadpool humorously comments on taking his knife out of Wolverine. While we see them fighting, the exact reason behind their clashes isn’t clear yet. Deadpool questions Wolverine about his universe, which seems to irritate him, leading to their conflicts.

Deadpool & Wolverine’s trailers focus on their dynamic, with plenty of jokes and action. A hidden message in the latest trailer includes a QR code that leads to a video of Reynolds humorously reading a ‘disclaimer’ for the film. He jokes about the movie being filled with senseless fighting, jokes at both his and Hugh’s expense, and sidestepping Marvel’s usual after-credits sequence.

Tickets for ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ are now on sale. The film marks the reunion of Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, now part of the MCU. Director Shawn Levy confirmed last October that the project is definitely set in the MCU. The movie’s marketing leans heavily on the pair’s dynamic, making us even more excited for its release.
