‘THUNDERBOLTS*’ Trailer Leaked Revealing Ghost And Taskmaster’s Shockingly Different New MCU Costumes

Recent leaks from the ‘Thunderbolts’ trailer have stirred excitement among Marvel fans, showcasing a complete costume overhaul for characters Ghost and Taskmaster. Social media buzzed this morning with new screengrabs from the trailer, initially showcased at San Diego Comic-Con last month.

It seems someone has decided to leak it piece by piece, starting with a fresh look at Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost. Her new attire is strikingly different, featuring a black suit and a white mask—a stark contrast to her previous appearances.

Ghost’s new helmet incorporates lights on each side, nodding to the original comic book design. This redesign comes without further details on Ghost’s journey since the events of ‘Ant-Man and The Wasp’. Assuming she wasn’t among those vanished in the Blip, it suggests she might have ventured further down her dark path.

Next, Olga Kurylenko’s portrayal of Taskmaster shows her with a redesign that’s both unique and a nod to her past costume. Her femininity is now more apparent compared to her ‘Black Widow’ appearance, though the iconic skull-like mask remains, not quite the skeleton face some might hope for but still a notable improvement.

U.S. Agent, played by Wyatt Russell, keeps a familiar look from ‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’, with only minor changes and the addition of a shield. Oh, and he’s sporting a new beard.

The ‘Thunderbolts’ movie, set for a May 5, 2025 release, promises an intriguing mix of characters. The confirmed cast shakes up some expectations with Geraldine Viswanathan stepping in for Ayo Edebiri in a role rumored to be Songbird, and Lewis Pullman replacing Steve Yeun as The Sentry due to scheduling conflicts.

In case the trailer is removed by Marvel, we are also sharing images below:

Marvel Studios has brought together a cast that includes Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, alongside Russell, John-Kamen, and Kurylenko.

The movie, written by Eric Pearson, Lee Sung Jin, and Joanna Calo and directed by Jake Schreier, hints at a less conventional superhero narrative, featuring a team-up of Marvel’s less anticipated characters.

As we await further leaks or an official trailer release, it’s clear that the anticipation for ‘Thunderbolts’ is building, potentially setting it up to be a unique and memorable addition to the MCU lineup. Stay tuned for more updates as they come our way.
